Tournament Participation Requirements
General Event Rules Apply
The general rules of ASTRISK 2025 always apply and take precedence over these rules. Tournament organizers may not make exceptions without event organizers' agreement. All participants must read and understand the general rules at https://astrisk.vercel.app/
Team Roster: 5 Players + Max 1 Substitutes
Teams must have minimum 5 players and may register up to 2 substitutes. Roster locks on specified date - no changes after without admin approval. Each player may only be on ONE team roster
Player Eligibility Requirements
All players must be below 25 years of age. Must have Riot Games account in good standing with no active bans. Players must use their main registered account - smurfing or account sharing strictly prohibited. IGNs must be appropriate (no offensive/vulgar language)
Tournament Format & Schedule
Check-In & Punctuality Requirements
Team captains MUST check in 15 minutes before scheduled match time. Failure results in loss of pause time or disqualification. Teams checking in on time but failing to join lobby within 10 minutes after start time will be DISQUALIFIED

Competitive Map Pool
Available Maps: Bind, Breeze, Haven, Pearl, Split, Lotus, Ascent, Sunset, Icebox, Abyss, Fracture, Corrod. All maps from current competitive pool eligible for tournament play
Offline Round Map Selection (Finals)
Team Designation
Team displayed ABOVE in bracket = Team A. Team displayed BELOW = Team B. For finals, captains meet physically with organizers at designated table with physical map representations
Ban-Pick Sequence (Best of 3 Format)
1. Team A bans 3 maps
2. Team B bans 3 maps
3. Team A picks Map 1
4. Team B picks side for Map 1
5. Team B picks Map 2
6. Team A picks side for Map 2
7. Team A bans 2 maps
8. Team B bans 2 maps
9. Map 3 is remaining map
10. Team A picks side for Map 3
Score Reporting & Technical Issues
Score Reporting Protocol
After match completion, WINNING TEAM must report score to organizers using scoreboard screenshot. Any disputes with match score/result must be consulted with tournament organizers IMMEDIATELY
Technical Pause Rules
Each team has 5 MINUTES pause time per map for technical delays/disconnections. Pauses ONLY allowed during buy phase. Pausing at other times or for unreasonable reasons may result in round/map forfeiture
Technical Issues & Power Loss
Report all technical issues to organizers immediately. Organizers reserve rights to handle power loss or technical issues as they arise. Both teams may agree to restart map BEFORE Round 1 if server latency unreasonable
Live Streaming Policy
Organizers reserve right to broadcast any match (spectator added to lobby). Private/team streaming requests MUST be requested and approved by tournament organizers PRIOR to match
Zero Tolerance Policy
Cheating & Unauthorized Software
Use of aim-bots, wall hacks, ESP, recoil scripts, trigger bots, or any game-modifying software is strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate disqualification and permanent ban from all future tournaments
Account Sharing & Smurfing
Each player must use their own registered Riot ID. Account sharing, borrowing accounts, using alternate accounts (smurfs), or playing on behalf of another registered player is strictly forbidden
Exploiting Bugs & Glitches
Intentionally exploiting known bugs, map exploits (out-of-map positions, Cypher cam spots), agent ability glitches, or game-breaking mechanics is prohibited. Report bugs to officials immediately
Match-Fixing & Collusion
Intentionally losing rounds/matches, pre-determined outcomes, collusion with opponents, betting on tournament matches, or any form of match manipulation results in lifetime tournament ban
Professional Standards & Sportsmanship
Toxicity & Harassment
No racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory remarks. No personal attacks, threats, hate speech, or excessive trash-talking in voice/text chat. First violation: Warning. Repeat violations: Disqualification and tournament ban
Sportsmanship & Respect
Show respect to opponents, teammates, tournament officials, and spectators. Type "GG" after matches. Accept referee decisions gracefully. Unsportsmanlike conduct (excessive arguing, rage-quitting, intentional griefing) may result in penalties
In-Game Names & Tags
IGNs must be appropriate and match your registered Riot ID. Offensive, impersonating, misleading, or inappropriate names must be changed before match start. Admins may request name changes if deemed inappropriate
Streaming & Screen-Sharing
Players may stream their matches with mandatory 3-minute delay. Screen-peeking opponent streams, using streams for strategic information, or sharing live tactical information with non-playing team members is strictly prohibited
